I must eat at least 1 kem chuoi a day (banana ice cream from Sky Dessert ). On lazy days, I had one kem chuoi for breakfast and one for dinner. Her new flavor with Durian is a total hook, sometimes I had 3 a day to satisfy my craving. Although it says ice cream, its content is actually made up of 90% pure banana; therefore, I can have 2-3 cups a day without worrying about gaining weight.
