Bánh Bò Nướng (also known as "pandan honeycomb cake") is a Vietnamese delicacy that’s known for its wonderful fragrance, crispy surface, and soft chewy texture. Every slice has subtle notes of coconut milk that pairs perfectly with a cup of hot tea or coffee. The cake is 6in round, not overly sweet, and is good for 6-8 people.

Pandan leaves come from a tropical plant and are often extracted into a flavoring and coloring agent. It has a vanilla-rose like flavor and is used in a variety of South & Southeast Asian desserts because it's famous for its uniquely sweet aroma and vibrant color.
